St Crispin’s School Council

St Crispin’s has an active School Council which meets throughout the school year. All parents/carers are automatically members of the School Council and are welcome to attend meetings. The School Council has a number of functions:

  • Contributing to the parents’/carers’ points of view to the running of the school and the development of the school community
  • Representing the views of children and their families in planning for the future
  • Planning events of interest to parents and carers
  • Fundraising

In December 2017, St Crispin’s School Council made a deputation to the Education Committee about the reduction in Holiday Playscheme. You can read the report here.The School Council also submitted, in conjunction with Braidburn and Oaklands Schools, a Joint Request to Committee.
