Hello Everyone, and welcome to this week’s Wellbeing Wednesday.
I hope everyone has had a great week staying active and trying some of last week’s yoga moves to stay calm and relaxed as well as refreshing our body. This week we are continuing with the theme of yoga and involving some moves and stretches that involve some movement which will give us a nice flow to our training at home. Just like last week there is a freedom to practice these moves when you can and for as long you feel comfortable practicing them.
As always, I would like to keep encouraging everyone to be active and exercise as much as possible as and when it is safe for you at home to do so. Now more than ever a healthy mind is a healthy body so it is so important to make sure these two areas of your life are working hand in hand with each other.
